Lamb Meat with Seasoned Vegetables

Ingredients for Lamb Meat Recipe with Seasoned Vegetables

1 kg of lamb
2 medium onions
1 medium carrot
2 medium potato
1 tablespoon of salt

For dressing:

2 egg yolks 1 tablespoon flour 1 lemon juice 1/2 bunch of parsley

Fabrication:

1. Divide the meat with bones into one-person pieces. After washing, put it on the fire with enough water to cover it a little.

2. While it starts to boil, remove the foam on it. Add in the quartered onion, chopped carrot and celery.

3. Put the diced potatoes close to cooking and enough salt.

4. Mix lemon juice, flour, 2 egg yolks and half a glass of water. When the potatoes are soft, pour the seasoning on it and remove it from the fire. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
