Ingredients for Sauerkraut Recipe
- 1 small cabbage,
- 1 glass of vinegar,
- 10 cloves of garlic,

How to Make Sauerkraut Recipe?
- Use small and firm white cabbage for pickling. Clean the outer leaves of the cabbage, hollow out the bottom and remove the cob.
- Cut into quarters and chop coarsely with a knife. Empty the cabbage you cut into a large tray and rub it with plenty of salt. Gather the salted and rubbed cabbage in the middle of the tray.
- Extract the garlic, you can use it whole or pounded in a pestle.
- Place the cabbages in the pickle container or glass jar by pressing them firmly. Pour the vinegar over it.
- Add enough boiled and cooled water to cover the cabbages. Add half a glass of oil on top to prevent mold growth.
- If desired, you can also add red pepper flakes and lemon slices to the vinegar.

Yes, I'm wondering too. How much salt should be added? Which vinegar is vinegar? Grape or apple? How many days to wait. I made your cucumber pickle with cilantro recently. You said 6 tablespoons of rock salt per liter of water. I did but it was too salty
how many days is it kept and which vinegar did you use as vinegar?
