Ingredients for Cabbage Lasagna Recipe
- 500 gr mince
- 1 pieces of onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 large clove of garlic
- Half a glass of water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Half of 1 medium cabbage
- Boiling water for boiling cabbage
How to Make Cabbage Lasagna Recipe?
- Cut the half cabbage into two halves and boil it in boiling water with plenty of salt until soft.
- Drain the boiled cabbage and separate it into leaves. Remove hard veins with a knife.
- Chop the onion. Fry in olive oil on medium heat until golden brown. Add the minced meat and fry until it releases its water.
- Add the tomato puree and fry the garlic for another 2 minutes. Finally, add the water and cook, stirring, until the water is absorbed.
- Spread 1 layer of cabbage leaves on a medium sized bowl. Spread one-third of the minced meat on top and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
- Spread another layer of cabbage leaves and do the same.
- Spread the minced meat on the 3rd floor, sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese. Finally, lay the cabbages on top.
- Cover the top of the pyrex and put it in the oven that you preheated to 190 degrees.
- Take the cooked cabbage lasagna out of the oven and let it rest until it takes off that first intense heat.
- Cover the plate you will serve on the rested lasagna and turn it upside down.
- Slice and serve.
