Truffles with Labneh came up while I was experimenting with the Kitchen Secrets column, which I will start writing as of June 2011, in the Colorful Red Magazine. It was a nice and delicious recipe, but since it is a part of truff, you will only be able to read the recipe from the magazine :)

practical sweets

In order to make real truff (mushrooms) look like they came out of the ground, I coated the ready-made chocolate sauce mixture by using it in powder form without cooking.

These sweet bites remind me of the mud cookies I prepared while playing house at the age of 7-8 and that there is no age to play...

Ingredients for the Labneh Truff Recipe

  • 100 gr. Labneh Cheese (half a pack)
  • 4 muffins or 4 teaspoons of crumbled cake slices
  • 2 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 40 g (1 tea glass) coconut

 

Kto app:

  1. 1 small bowl of cocoa or powdered chocolate sauce mix
  2. (optionally hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds)

How to Make Labneh Truff Recipe?

  1. Take the crumbled cakes into a deep bowl.
  2. Add powdered sugar, coconut and labneh cheese on the cakes and knead.
  3. Cover the kneaded mixture with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough you have rested and roll them in your hand.
  5. Serve with a mixture of cocoa or powdered chocolate sauce that you spread on a large plate.
