We had a lot of salad this weekend :) I remember the past almost 20 years ago mushroom salad, Cheese Sandal Pie, cherry brownie ve Wheat salad with labneh and chickpeas When combined, a delicious and fast tea menu emerges in 1,5 hours :)

Ingredients for Wheat Salad with Labneh with Chickpeas

  • 3 cups of boiled buckwheat
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • half a glass of labneh
  • 2,5 glasses of yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • quarter bunch dill
  • salt
  • 4-5 pickled cucumbers
  • half a cup of corn

How to Make Wheat Salad with Chickpeas with Labneh?

  1. Take the boiled wheat and chickpeas into the mixing bowl.
  2. Finely chop the dill, crush the garlic. Chop the pickles into small cubes.
  3. Add the yogurt, labneh, garlic, dill and salt.
  4. Finally, add the corn and pickles, mix and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  5. Serve on a serving plate.
