Peach Mini Cakes with Labneh
You can think of mini cakes with Pınar Labneh like tiramisu made from ready-made sponge cake. Since it is more practical to make and in bite-size bites, you do not have a problem with missing portions.
Sweetening the labneh with powdered sugar and using fruit is enough to prepare a delicious cake, of course, the amount of sugar you will use is completely up to your taste. With the metal mold I used to cut the sponge cake, 13 pieces of mini cake came out, this number may change depending on the mold or cup size you will use.

- 1 pack of instant cocoa sponge cake
- 1 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 cup of hot water
- Ready Chocolate Sauce
For the cream:
- 1 pack Labneh
- 1 jar of canned peaches

How to Make Peach Mini Cakes with Labneh?
- Whisk the labneh cheese, powdered sugar and diced peaches in a deep bowl until they are completely mixed.
- Cut the sponge cake with a circular cookie cutter. Mix instant coffee and hot water in a small bowl. Dip the cut sponge cakes in instant coffee water and place them on the kitchen counter.
- Put the peach cream you prepared on the first layer of sponge cake and prepare the pastries by placing the second layer of sponge cake on it.
- Pour chocolate sauce over the pastries you have taken on the serving plate and serve by garnishing with peach pieces.
