Hello Dear Friends,

I still have delicious recipes for artichokes :) Of course, I collected all of them for the trip to Spain and threw them aside. Now the preparations are in full swing. We are leaving early Monday morning. That's why I decided to take the first recipe of the week on Sunday. If nothing goes wrong, I will continue to share the recipes I have prepared there. If you want to follow the journey on my instagram account, click this link. Just start following me :)

seasoned artichokes

As for this wonderful artichoke recipe, again from the hands of dear sister Figen, the owner of Viento Alaçatı :) Stuffed Artichokes with Olive Oil I mentioned it in the recipe. You should definitely try this wonderful flavor that whets the appetite with its white appearance.

Remember, if you are going to cook artichokes with meat and if you are going to use veal instead of lamb, you should cook them until they are soft without adding the artichokes, since it takes longer to cook than lamb. Otherwise, the artichokes may melt until the meat is tender.
