I love couscous pasta since I was a kid. I love to eat it with garlic yogurt or making a salad. Since my wife is not very fond of this pasta, it increases a little whenever I cook it. Of course, since I don't want to spill it, I always think about how I can use the small amount of leftover food.

Again, while preparing for dinner in the kitchen, I thought of making soup from couscous. Since it is not much different from barley noodle, I immediately started to prepare it.

This soup is the same. barley noodle yada macaroni You can make tomato and tomato paste like soup. You can also prepare it using yogurt, such as highland soup.
