I've always done it like this until now, but things change when I have a child :) Because when the moon is wet or the moon is wet, you can neither understand what you ate, nor can you have a full breakfast.

Ingredients for Asparagus Omelet Recipe
- 2 eggs (large)
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- salt
- black pepper
- 2-3 stalks of fresh asparagus
How to Make Asparagus Omelet Recipe?
- Cut the washed and dried asparagus into 2-3 parts. Take the butter in the pan and sauté the asparagus until they are slightly discolored and soft. Take 3-4 pieces on a plate and leave the rest in the pan.
- Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat with a fork.
- Pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly over the surface of the pan.
- With the help of a spatula, separate the edges of the omelet, which has started to cook for 30 seconds and slightly thickened, from the pan and shake the pan.
- When the omelet is completely cooked and there is no liquid left, transfer it to the serving plate with the help of a spatula, add the omelettes you have reserved and serve.
