Ingredients for Asparagus Omelet Recipe

  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh asparagus

How to Make Asparagus Omelet Recipe?

  1. Cut the washed and dried asparagus into 2-3 parts. Take the butter in the pan and sauté the asparagus until they are slightly discolored and soft. Take 3-4 pieces on a plate and leave the rest in the pan.
  2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat with a fork.
  3. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly over the surface of the pan.
  4. With the help of a spatula, separate the edges of the omelet, which has started to cook for 30 seconds and slightly thickened, from the pan and shake the pan.
  5. When the omelet is completely cooked and there is no liquid left, transfer it to the serving plate with the help of a spatula, add the omelettes you have reserved and serve.
