Dried Tomato and Olive Bread
There is nothing like making your own bread in your own home. After that last beeping sound from the kitchen, it gives off a warm and delicious smell.
Believe me, you can't get enough of it by spreading cream cheese on that warm fresh bread or just dipping it in olive oil.
After trying many breads, I always wanted to add the tomato and olive duo to my bread, which brings color and flavor to my table. Those who do not want to use corn flour can also use rye flour or whole wheat flour.

Ingredients for Dried Tomatoes and Olive Bread Recipe
360 ml. That
1 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tea spoon salt
1 tablespoons of sugar
450 gr. wheat flour
150 gr. cornflour
1,5 teaspoons instant yeast
10 black olives
10 green cocktail olives
10 dried tomatoes
How to Make Dried Tomatoes and Olive Bread Recipe?
First of all, we finely chop the green olives, dried tomatoes and green olives that we remove the seeds from.
Then 360 ml. We put water, oil, wheat flour, corn flour and yeast into the chamber of the bread baking machine, respectively.
As soon as the machine has finished the first kneading process, we add our olives and tomatoes.
I chose the 3rd bread baking and 3rd dark crust program in my machine, the result was better than I thought.
The name of the oil is extra virgin olive oil and if 2-3 tablespoons are added, real flavor is obtained. 360mL of water may be too much, 320mL is enough. The number of black olives can also be increased by 2 times.
