Dried Fruit Custard
Hello Dear Friends,
Many recipes in Kitchen Secrets are made to evaluate the ingredients that are left at home. Dried Fruit Custard It was a delicious recipe thanks to the dry fruits left in the wire cabinet :)
Dried fruits are sugary enough, if you don't like it too sweet, you can add 1/4 cup of sugar instead of 3 cup.
Since I like the taste of rice flour in pudding, I used it by mixing it with starch in half and half. If you use only starch, the custard will have a denser consistency. If you are only going to use rice flour, then the consistency will be a little softer. So the choice is entirely yours.
