You can buy it as a paste in a jar, or you can take the fruit and prepare the paste yourself. You can mix this fruit with honey or olive oil after removing the seeds. For example, my last sister, the market maker, told me to mix it with crushed honey and eat one. Those who want to consume in the long term can jar and eat 1 teaspoon on an empty stomach.

• 1 small jar
• 2-3 ripe pomegranates
• olive oil

How to Make Kudret Pomegranate Paste Recipe?

1. Wash the bitter melon and leave it to drain.
2. Split the drained potency pomegranates in the middle and remove the seeds.
3. Finely chop the fleshy parts, excluding the seeds, by hand or with a knife.
4. Put it in a jar and let it rest for 1-2 days in the refrigerator. Strain the bitter juice of the watered fruit.
5. Add olive oil to the fruit and mix. Finally, add enough olive oil to cover it. Close the lid of the jar and let it rest for 1-2 weeks at room temperature until it softens.
6. Afterwards, you can consume it in the morning on an empty stomach, not exceeding 1 teaspoon per day.
