Hello Dear Friends,

I also experienced the same shock I experienced with bulgur pilaf months ago with pancakes :) Let me tell you how it happened.

There are recipes that I look back at on my blog to see how I was making the original one, as I constantly shape it from the way I prepare it. There are also recipes that I was shocked when I searched and there were no results. Here is the second one of them, the pancakes that I prepared with my eyes closed when I got stuck! I've been lamenting why I haven't written this for years.

Anyway, to make up for this situation, I whipped up a dough and decided to share it with you in its most basic form (don't mix it with chocolate :) ).

The definition of pancake is acyclopedic, thin pastry made of flexible and light, sugary or salty dough, cooked in a cast iron or pancake pan.

It's entirely up to your imagination to diversify these delicious pastries, the basic ingredients of which are eggs, milk, flour and salt. You can create new pancakes not only by changing the ingredients you will put in or on, but also by changing the flour you add.

You can serve it for breakfast, lunch or dinner, either as a part of the main course or as a dessert.

Video Description of the Recipe

Note: This recipe makes 4 pancakes.

Love…

An alternative pancake recipe is from me (French Style)
Ingredients: 1 glass of flour, 1 egg, 1,5 glasses of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 50 g of butter, vanilla as desired.

First, dry ingredients are mixed in a deep bowl, then room temperature milk is added little by little. Again, after adding the egg at room temperature, it is mixed a little more. Add the butter by melting it in a bain-marie method or in a small bowl in the microwave and mix for about 3-4 more minutes and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Rested pancakes are cooked to the desired fineness in a suitable pan. There are three puff points here; 1) making the mixture in accordance with the above order 2) milk and egg at room temperature 3) not working your hand out for butter. Enjoy your meal.

Can we use yogurt instead of milk in the cake, just as we can use it here?

This is not possible, unfortunately, but maybe you can try diluting it, the pancake batter should be juicy.

Well done, looks yummy. I was always making eye decisions, it could be a problem. Now it will be more comfortable with full dimensions. Do you have a trick to make it thin?

    aaa.. same as mine :D
I also found a recipe on a site. However, the consistency was not what I wanted. When I was trying to reduce it (especially eggs), these ingredients (I realized that I put baking powder close to a teaspoon) appeared :) :) :)

I'm sure it will be very nice.

hi… i am making your pancake recipe too. I use 3 quantities of each ingredient. it's getting too much. Should eggs be reduced? I don't oil the pan at all, my children say it's a lot... love...

Hello, Ms. Nuray. Crepe is actually a French dessert and its feature is that it is very thin, as I learned from a French person, the meaning of pancake is “thin”. As the crepe thickened, it took it out of the crepe. I remember a long time ago when my grandmother called the fine china silk dress “krepdöşin” (the name given to the fabric), which meant “fine china silk silk” I guess.
    Love :)

Other Crepe recipes always say 3 eggs, why only 1 egg? :)

        So is there any difference?

There is a difference, this is lighter. Basically, if we are going to consume only pancakes, none of the ingredients should be dominant. In others, when it comes to meat, bechamel sauce or mushroom, it is not noticed because it suppresses the egg taste in it. In any case, the crepe with which you will wrap those ingredients should be more viscous and a little thicker.
