Creamy Chicken

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Recipe
1 kg chicken meat
2 tablespoons of flour
1 bay leaf
black pepper
salt
For the sauce:
1 onions
1 green onions
2 carrot
200 g mushrooms
1 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
200 ml cream
black pepper
salt
How to Make Creamy Chicken Recipe?
Chop the chickens to the size you want, sauté in oil for 10 minutes. Take it out of the pan, dip it in 2 tbsp flour, add the pepper, salt and fry it again.
Add the bay leaf and boil it with 5 sb chicken stock until it becomes soft.
For the sauce, finely chop the garlic and onions and sauté. Add the finely chopped green onions, diced carrots, sliced mushrooms, lemon juice, black pepper and salt, and let it cook.
After cooking for 10 minutes, add the cream, add 1 ladle of chicken broth and dilute the cream. Turn off the heat after 3 minutes. Since it goes very well with boiled potatoes, I boiled the peeled potatoes by adding black pepper and salt.
Take the potatoes on the plate and pour the drained chicken meat on it with the sauce. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy your meal.
