Ingredients for Creamy Banana Muffin Recipe

  • 1 pack of Pakmaya Fermented Gum Drops for Cyprus Donuts
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • salt with the tip of 1 teaspoon
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tea cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon of warm milk
  • ¾ cup of water

For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk

For inside:

  • 1 Pack of Pakmaya Honey Almond Pudding
  • 1,5 water glass milk
  • 1 pack Pakmaya Whipped Cream

How to Make Creamy Banana Muffin Recipe?

  1. Sift the flour into the dough mixing bowl. Pour Gum Drops on the Cyprus Bun Mortar and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
  2. Add granulated sugar, milk, oil, salt and egg white.
  3. Start kneading by adding water little by little. Knead for 10 minutes until you get a smooth and slightly sticky dough.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for half an hour in a warm place.
  5. Knead lightly again to remove the gas from the fermented dough.
  6. Prepare 10 equal meringues from the dough and place them 3-4 cm apart in the greased baking dish and leave to ferment in the tray for 30 minutes.
  7. Brush the dough with egg yolk and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  8. While the skewers are cooking, cook the pudding with 1,5 cups of milk. When it gets warm, add whipped cream into it, whisk it and put it in the refrigerator.
  9. When the buns you have taken out of the oven have cooled, make a deep cut transversely without separating them completely.
  10. Spread the cream you have cooled inside and serve by filling with banana slices.
