Mushrooms are one of the magical foods for me… the olive oil whether you want his salad Prepare, you will surely get great results.

Separate grille casserole or roasting it will be delicious. It can be consumed as a main course or you can use it as a side dish before the main course.

I use white wine because it suits this recipe very well, but you can use it if you want.

Happy Sunday everyone... With love...

  • 400 g of cultivated mushrooms (1 pack)
  • 2 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 pinch of parsley or basil
  • 200 ml cream (box cream)
  • salt, pepper

How to Make Creamy Mushroom Saute Recipe?

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them lengthwise into 4 parts. Chop the onions for cooking, finely chop the parsley and garlic.
  2. Take the garlic and onions with the vegetable oil in the pan, cook slowly on low heat until the onions become transparent.
  3. When the onions turn transparent, turn on the stove all the way, add the mushrooms and wine and sauté on high heat until the mushrooms release their juices. (It is enough for the mushrooms to absorb their water by 70%, keep them a little juicy.)
  4. Add the mushrooms, chopped parsley and cream and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Serve hot or warm.

I did everything as you said, but mine looks bad and I think the cream has cut off. It has such a dusty appearance, why?

Hello, Ms. Dilek, you can cook it with 1 tablespoon of vinegar in 1 tea glass of water, but if you want, you can cook it without adding water.
