Creamy Pasta
Greetings dear friends,
I know that everyone is eagerly waiting for African photos, but since I came here, I couldn't sit down and prepare a good article due to the heavy activity and interview traffic :(
For this reason, in order not to leave you wondering even more, I am posting photos together with a practical flavor that I tasted and got the recipe for in Ushaka. Of course, this does not mean that I will not tell my African memories. I want it to be a detailed article, so that you can at least benefit from it if you happen to be on your way one day.
You can reach the photos we took in Africa from these links.

Ingredients for Creamy Pasta Recipe
Half a pack of pasta
1 tablespoons of oil
1 pinch of salt
For the sauce:
2 pack of raw cream (400 ml)
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of oil or margarine
salt
For the garnish:
1 cucumbers
1 red sweet peppers
2-3 stalks of spring onions
1 pinch of parsley
Mediterranean greens upon request
How to Make Creamy Pasta Recipe?
1- Boil the pasta in plenty of water and in a way that it does not fall apart in the pot (I boiled it for almost 12 minutes). While the pasta is boiling, peel and thinly slice the garlic.
2- Put oil in a Teflon pan and sauté the garlic. When it turns slightly pink, turn off the heat, add the cream and mix well.
3- Wash the garnishes and slice them in the size and shape you want.
4- Drain the pasta and put it on a serving plate. Add the sauce on it and garnish with garnishes and serve.
5- Spices and mint leaves can be added if desired.
Note: If you want your sauce to be lighter, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt.
Tell me if there is a creamy mushroom without Ceren Cream :D
I don't have any cream at the moment. Would it make a huge difference if I didn't?
A perfect recipe for a pasta lover... But I want to try it without cream, I hope it doesn't change the taste :)
Thanks for sharing… Love.
Thank you very good recipes
