Ingredients for Creamy Lemon Dessert Recipe

  • 5 medium sized lemons
  • 2 pack of cream (400 ml)
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • Half tea glass of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest

How to Make Creamy Lemon Dessert Recipe?

  1. Wash the lemons thoroughly, cut them in half and remove the insides with a spoon.
  2. Put the lemon insides in a strainer and crush them with a spoon to extract the juice.
  3. Put the cream and powdered sugar in your pan and grate the lemon peels into it.
  4. Cook the cream, stirring, until it thickens slightly. To prevent it from curdling, do not boil it, shake it a little.
