Creamy Spinach Brewed Pasta

I say good, I say nice, I say that people at home love it, but it is easy to say that it is one of the most delicious pasta I have ever cooked :) This recipe is a pasta recipe that will blow you away with its flavor and that you will want to watch and cook.
Like my tomato infused pasta recipe, this creamy spinach infused pasta will definitely be your favourite. In a single pot, it comes to our plate by pulling water, oil, in short, all the good things that add flavor into the pasta.

Ingredients for Creamy Spinach Brewed Pasta Recipe
- Half a pack of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of labneh cheese (heaping)
- 1 pack of cream (200 ml)
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of peeled and cleaned spinach

How to Make Creamy Spinach Brewed Pasta Recipe?
- Chop the onion finely. Put the oil in the pan and fry the onion until transparent. Add the spinach and continue frying.
- Once the spinach is drained, add the pasta and mix. Put enough hot water to barely exceed the length of the pasta, add salt and start cooking on medium heat.
- When the pasta absorbs more than half of the water, add the labneh and mix it. When the labneh is mixed, add the cream and mix.
- Add the finely chopped garlic and mix.
- Serve when the macaroni sauce has softened. (If it stays cold, it will be great too :))
