Our recipe for today is creamy basil pasta, one of my favourites. They usually serve this pasta with just cream and basil, but it just seems a little bland to me that way.

Of course, you can also make a simple cream sauce with extra garlic and butter supplement, but there is no need to make the cream heavy with butter and so on.

Ingredients for Creamy Basil Pasta Recipe

  • Half a pack of pasta
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the sauce:

  • 1 pack of cream (200 ml)
  • salt, pepper
  • 8 leaves of basil (large leaves)

For Grilled Vegetables:

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 3 piece of charliston pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium eggplants
  • 10-15 cherry tomatoes

How to Make Creamy Basil Pasta Recipe?

  1. Divide 1 head of garlic into cloves without peeling them. Put it on the baking tray with the green pepper.
  2. Slice the eggplant and zucchini obliquely. Oil it a little, salt and pepper it and transfer it to the baking tray. Cook the vegetables to the desired consistency on the grill of the oven at 200 degrees.
  3. Take the cream in the sauce pan, throw the finely chopped basil into it, heat it until it reaches the boiling point and remove it from the stove.
  4. Peel the roasted garlic, remove the seeds from the peppers and slice them.
  5. Drain the pasta you boiled in plenty of water and put it on a serving plate. Add the sauce on it. Mix in the salt and pepper and add the vegetables.
  6. Serve with chopped fresh basil.

    I never tried it because I couldn't trust the taste of basil. I cooked it yesterday and I was really amazed. I also cooked the creamy potato in the oven today. I was also amazed by the nutmeg.     I make this pasta quite often, the only difference is that I add mozzarella cheese to it before I serve it... It's really a nutritious and delicious pasta... Health to your hands... Best regards,
