Creamy Apple Muffin

Last night, Asu moms came to dinner. While I was preparing the meal, I noticed that there was nothing to serve with tea at home. I prepared these little cakes, which are very easy to prepare, while the food is cooking.

If you have some apples at home, it's a simple recipe that you can put in the oven in 10 minutes.

Ingredients for Creamy Apple Muffin Recipe

• 2 medium sized apples
• Half a glass of oil
• 2-2,5 glasses of flour
• 3 medium eggs (at room temperature)
• 1 water glass milk
• 1 package baking powder
• 1 packaged vanilla
• 1 half teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup powdered sugar

For the above:

• 1 pack of whipped cream

How to Make Creamy Apple Muffin Recipe?

1. Beat eggs and sugar in a deep bowl until foamy.
2. Add oil and milk and mix some more.
3. Add the baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon to the flour and sift it into the mixing bowl.
4. After adding the grated apples, divide the dough with a spoon on the muffin papers that we placed in the muffin cup and greased.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
6. After it cools down, garnish with whipped cream and serve.
