Well done to Ms. Mine, I love this recipe..

Ms. Mine said,

Roasted Red Pepper I think there is no one who does not like roasted eggplant and pepper. Even if no process is done after roasting, it is not enough to eat. You know, working ladies roast the red peppers, clean them and put them in the freezer. A ready-made appetizer at hand in winter. My friend Sevilcan, who came to Bulgaria, is also a roasted pepper lover like me. They do two kinds.

chili sauce

-They chop the roasted pepper into small pieces. After putting oil and plenty of cream in the pot, they fry the chopped peppers for 5-6 minutes. It is a very delicious but weight-gaining recipe because it is creamy.

-They cut the roasted peppers in half and fill them with cheese. They press it well, dip it in egg and then flour and fry it. The recipe I want to give you is very simple. Especially the sauce is very delicious, boil any vegetables you don't like, pour this sauce on it, it's a wonderful thing.

Ingredients for Roasted Red Peppers with Sauce

Red Pepper (750 grams)

Sauce:

Juice of 1 lemon
2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Fabrication:

You roast the red peppers, you clean them. You can split it in half if you want. Mix the sauce in a bowl and pour it over the roasted peppers. As you wait, the flavors mix and become very delicious.

If you want, you can serve with mint, parsley, walnuts and feta cheese. Enjoy your meal…
