Zucchini with Roasted Eggplant

Materials:
4 zucchini
4 eggplants
Cheddar Cheese
Parsley
Dill
Fabrication:
First we roast the eggplants. We peel the roasted eggplants. We grate the zucchini. Take the grated zucchini in your palm and squeeze out the juice. Chop the eggplants into small pieces and mix them with the zucchini. Add parsley and dill to the mixture. We grate the cheddar and put some of it in the mortar and some on top of it while it's cooking. Enjoy your meal :)
