Roasted Tomato and Pepper Omelet
Release Date: 04-02-2011
Breakfast is the key to a fresh start to the day, if you're at home and alone (oh I'll do it now, okay, I'll take care of this) it's around noon.
Of course, we skip breakfast and go to lunch or even dinner, since consuming the same things all the time causes us to get bored. This causes an incredible loss of energy. It can even cause us to gain weight due to an unbalanced diet.
I try to color the first meal of the day as much as I can. Omelettes are my favorite these days.
Thanks to the roasted peppers and tomatoes left over from dinner a day ago, a new and delicious omelet came out.
I recommend you try it this weekend. Love…
