After waiting for 15-20 minutes, we were peeling the crusts that softened with their own steam effortlessly.

    I also do it with water. it's easier and there is no problem of dishes. As soon as I take the eggplant or pepper from the fire, I immediately put it in a plastic bag and fold it airtight so that the mouth is under the vegetables. When you are pissed again, I open the same bag, throw it in, and bend the mouth part of the bag with my hand and place it down. 10 minutes later, I peel it off. His baton always accumulates in that napkin, and I don't mind washing the utensils :)
