Green Lentil Salad with Roasted Peppers

I've been working so hard on my book since last week that I neglected my blog a bit. I don't have a lot of days and nights when I say jobs, Nehir, my book, home, but I hope the result will be worth the hard work :)
I love green lentils. I make a variety of salads. This time, when I drank pickled roasted peppers, I quickly took it out because it was so practical :) I say you should definitely try this delicious recipe, which is a meal even by itself :)

Ingredients for Green Lentil Salad with Roasted Peppers
- 1 glass of green lentils
- 4-5 stalks of spring onions
- quarter bunch of parsley
- 4-5 pickled cucumbers
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- pomegranate seeds
For the sauce:
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- salt
How to Make Green Lentil Salad with Roasted Peppers?
- Boil the green lentils and let it drain by straining it through plenty of water.
- For the sauce, take pomegranate syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt in a deep mixing bowl and whisk.
- Finely chop the spring onions and parsley.
- Chop the pickled cucumber and the red pepper.
- Take the chopped ingredients into the mixing bowl.
- Add the corn and pomegranate seeds, mix and serve.
