Hello Dear Friends,

Istanbul has recovered these days, the weather is hot and summer is now making itself felt. At such times, I think of very cool desserts and cakes from diet :) Yes, there is something wrong with this :)

Mole cakes are very easy to make and decorate, like the others, what should I put on it, this pastry cream overflowed a little, I applied whipped cream, but they do not have any problems. It is enough to crumble the remaining pieces from the sponge cake base you use with your hands.

portion cake recipe

this recipe Kitchen Secrets belongs to Ms. Tuba, one of the bloggers.I saved it months ago when I first saw it. The cream he uses contains powdered whipped cream instead of ready-made pastry cream. I used a mixture of powdered pastry cream as I had it at hand and I was very satisfied with the result.

Those who want it to be ptaric can use ready-made cocoa sponge cake, but you need to wet the soles a little with milk so that it is not dry.

Love…

Ingredients for Mole Pie (Portion) Recipe

  • 3 eggs (large)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • 1 tea cup oil
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons heaped cocoa
  • 2 water glass flour

For the cream:

  • 2 tablespoons of wheat starch
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 water glass milk
  • 4-5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pack of powdered vanilla pastry cream (ready-to-use disposable pack)

For inside:

  • 2 banana

How to Make Mole Pie (Portion) Recipe?

  1. Take the eggs and sugar in the mixer's whisk, beat at high speed until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Add milk and oil and continue whisking. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder and beat at medium speed until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Lay greaseproof paper on the baking tray, spread the sponge cake dough you prepared on the paper of equal thickness.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 14-16 minutes. Before taking it out of the oven, check if the inside is cooked by inserting a toothpick.
  5. Take the baked cake out of the oven and leave it on the counter until it comes to room temperature.
  6. Take milk, starch, flour, sugar in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it reaches the consistency of pudding.
  7. Take the cooked cream from the stove and add the powdered pastry cream mixture into it. Mix with a hand mixer until you get a thick consistency and set aside.
  8. With the help of a glass (with a thin rim), take 10 pieces of sponge cake and put them on a tray. Crumble the remaining pieces into crumbs by hand.
  9. Slice the bananas and divide 3-4 pieces into tiny pie bases.
  10. Take a full spoon of the cream you prepared and put it on the bananas.
  11. Finally, sprinkle the crumbs you prepared on the cakes. (If you want, you can take them one by one and shape them.)
  12. Serve chilled in the refrigerator.

I did, but the cream was runny. I put the same amount of ingredients. What should I do to make it dark?

It usually happens in the aisles of the markets where they sell powdered sugar etc.

I just made it, it's in the fridge now. The cream was a little too much, but one or two of them didn't come out very well since I couldn't find a thin rimmed glass in the bidet, but then I took the trace of the glass and cut it with a knife. The taste of the cake was very good ☺

The cup sizes, whether you cut it or measure the milk, may have caused this type of excess. My measurement was complete. love.
