Roasted Eggplant Salad with Gherkin Pickles

Materials:

1 eggplants
1 red bell pepper
1 piece of charliston pepper
3-4 pickled gherkins
yoghurt
mayonez
sarımsak
salt

How to Make Roasted Eggplant Salad with Gherkin Pickles?

Our vegetables are roasted. the skins are peeled and cut into cubes. Yogurt, mayonnaise, grated garlic and a little salt are mixed and poured on it, mixed a little more and taken to the serving plate.
