Ingredients for the Easy Şöbiyet Recipe
- 10 sheets of phyllo dough
- 100 g butter
For inside:
- 1 pack of Pakmaya Semolina Dessert (1 glass reserved according to the recipe on the back)
- 1 teaspoon of hazelnuts
For the over:

For Sherbet:
- 2 water glass of water
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 drops of lemon juice
How to Make Easy Şöbiyet Recipe?
For the sherbet:
- Put the water and sugar in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. After the sugar melts, cook the wings for 10 -12 minutes on medium heat, add lemon juice and boil for 1 more time, remove from the stove and leave to cool.
- Cook 1 pack of semolina dessert with 3 glasses of milk and remove from the stove, cool by stirring occasionally.
- Lay the first sheet of dough on the kitchen counter, and with the help of a brush, apply the melted butter to its entire surface.
