Hello Dear Friends,

We finished our 1-week Bodrum getaway and returned home today :) Even though my body, which is used to going by plane, this time was a little dizzy due to the 10-hour car journey, I'm in good spirits :)

As soon as I arrived, I wanted to share with you the recipe for Easy Lentil Soup, which my mother-in-law prepared for iftar last week, in order to both relieve the road fatigue and have some active rest. The recipe for the soup is really, but easy, to the extent that even those who do not like to use pressure cookers like me can easily prepare it.

practical lentil soup

While I am preparing lentil soup, I roast all the ingredients beforehand to increase its flavor, but you don't even need to roast it if you want. You can also not add carrots if you want, but I think it adds a nice consistency and sweetness.

Those who say they don't want to prepare it in a pressure cooker and want to try another recipe can try my other Lentil Soup Recipes...

Love…
