Easy Cat Tongue Pie
Hello Dear Friends,
Today's recipe is as practical as the biscuit cake I prepared before. I think the flavor doubles when a little pistachio is added to the mastic custard. We can easily find cat tongue biscuits in all major supermarkets. I know that immediately question marks appear in your mind, the packages we receive are always binary, so I wanted to write specifically that we will use one of the packages that come out of the binary package.
I used a medium-sized rectangular pyrex, if you want to prepare it in a larger pyrex, it is enough to make the dimensions x2.
Cat tongue biscuits will melt if you soak them in too much milk, so if you soften them a little and pour the warm dessert over it, it will be just right.
Love…

How to Make Easy Cat Tongue Pie Recipe
- Cook 1 pack of mastic custard by mixing it with 3 glasses of milk over medium heat. Continue cooking by adding the pistachio to it, which is close to darkening. Take the cooked pudding out of the bowl and mix it from time to time to prevent it from forming a crust.
- Pour milk into a medium bowl, wet half of the biscuits one by one in the bowl and place them side by side in my debt.
- Pour half of the custard over the biscuits you have lined up. Place the remaining biscuits on the custard that you wet and poured.
- Finally, pour the remaining half of the custard over the biscuits. Cover the pyrex with cling film and put the dessert in the refrigerator.
- Slice the dessert that you have rested in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours before serving.
- Serve garnished with chocolate sauce and pistachios.
