Hello, I haven't been able to write for a long time. In this case, the English course I started again, the intense interest of our ongoing campaign and the fact that I have been sick for 4 days in this rush also have an effect. But still, I don't forget you, I try not to leave you alone as much as I can.

I have 2 good and 1 bad news for you.

Good news first: Thanks to the pressure I put on my wife and your helpful comments, I convinced me to have a cat. I got my little cat Sumak on Sunday.

Bad news;
On the first night we started living with our cat, my throat started to swell and my nose started to get stuffy, you see, I was allergic to cats, which triggered my pharyngitis :(( we had to say goodbye by finding a warm home for her last night (it was really sad for me) I hope this allergic situation will pass in the future.

Second of good news and best of all, Saturday, June 6 Day in Taksim Kemancı's garden 1.Traditional Kitchen Secrets BBQ Party we will do.

I will write you the details over the weekend. Don't make any promises to anyone that day so that we can meet and socialize. That's all for now, love to everyone...

  • parsley (optional)
  • salt, cumin, black pepper
  • 3-4 slices of stale bread
  • 2 large tomatoes grated

How to Make Meatball Pie Recipe?

  1. Grate the tomatoes and onions, chop the parsley finely and put them in the mixing bowl with all the meatball ingredients.
  2. Knead it well and form it into a ball, let it rest in the refrigerator for a while to absorb itself.
  3. Spread the dough on the counter and cut it in half.
  4. Take the minced meat from the mortar and squeeze it in your palm, put it in the wide part of the phyllo that you have divided into two, form a thin strip, and roll it up in the form of a roll.
  5. Form a spiral (rose) on a greased pyrex or baking tray and arrange each pastry 2 cm apart from each other.
  6. After applying the same process to all the phyllo dough, brush an egg on it and bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until it is well browned.
  7. Serve hot.

Get well soon. I have 4 cats. I don't know what I would do if I had allergies and didn't have cats. A barbecue party is also a fun idea. I wish good luck to those who will attend.

Thank you so much, my petitioner. I'm so confused that I can't even find the photos I took during the making of this pastry :)

It was really hard to leave the sumac, I intended to go back to get it 2 times, but after spending a few hours with it, my throat starts to swell again.. Today I just started to get better... As you said, I hope it will pass :((
