Ali Nazik Pasta with Meatballs

Who can say no to meatballs and pasta? Well, have you ever tried roasted eggplant and macaroni together? Such a harmony of flavors is hard to find 😍
I prepared one of my favorite recipes, Meatball Ali Nazik, with @filizmakarna's pencil pasta made from 100% Turkish Durum wheat.

Ingredients for Ali Nazik Pasta Recipe with Meatballs
- 1 pack of Filiz Pasta Pen
- 300 grams of medium-fat ground beef
- 1 small onion grated
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 2 liters of water for boiling
- salt
For Eggplant Sauce:
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 250 gr. yogurt
- 3 roasted eggplant
- salt
For service:
- Butter
- Tomato paste
- half a cup of water
How to Make Ali Nazik Pasta Recipe with Meatballs?
- Knead the meatball ingredients and prepare walnut-sized meatballs and put them in the refrigerator.
- Mix yoghurt, crushed garlic and roasted eggplant and set aside.
- Boil Filiz Pasta in water with a pinch of salt for about 8 minutes.
- While the pasta is boiling, fry the meatballs.
- Mix the boiled pasta with the eggplant sauce and place it on a serving plate. Place the fried meatballs on top.
- Roast the tomato paste and butter, add the water, stir and remove from the stove.
- Serve by pouring tomato paste sauce over the meatballs.
