Clafuti (Clafoutis)

Today I want to share with you one of the easiest dessert recipes in the world. A wonderful recipe with a liquid dough similar to pancake batter, between a soufflé and a light cake, 2 minutes to prepare.
Klafuti is a French dessert, the most famous of which are cherries and cherries. Apart from this, you can also make it with the fruits of your choice in season. Just like the pear and fragrant grape in my recipe. I've also seen the cream cheese version of this recipe. Fresh spreadable cheese is added instead of milk and it looks a bit like cheesecake.
There are also savory versions of clafuti made with sausage. Usually Italian sausage was used.
By the way, if you are extremely sensitive to the smell of eggs, you can add vanilla or almond flavor to the mixture. As the dessert cools and waits, it gets its taste. The flavor of the fruit emerges as it rests.

Ingredients for Klafuti (Clafoutis) Recipe
- 2 medium egg
- 1 tea glass of granulated sugar (100 ml glass)
- 1 tea glass of cream (100 ml glass)
- 1 tea glass of milk (100 ml glass)
- 1,5 teaspoons of flour (6 tablespoons)
- 1 pear
- fragrant grapes on request
How to Make Klafuti (Clafoutis) Recipe
- Beat eggs, sugar, milk and cream until sugar dissolves.
- Add the flour and whisk until there are no lumps.
- Grease the baking dish with butter. Remove the core of the pear and slice it and place it in the baking dish.
- Pour the dough mixture on top and add the grapes.
- Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes until the top is browned. Serve warm or cold.
