Ziron, Secret, Silor It has various names such as Like its names, the preparation of the recipe is also diverse. Some prepare plain yogurt, some with chicken, and some with ground beef like me.

When those who open their own dough at home, less and less, there are many people who make it with ready-made dough. Later, it started to be sold as ready-sliced ​​and baked. A very delicious recipe emerges from these phyllo dough, which you can easily find in yufka shops or markets.

For example, the aunt, whom I always shopped for, prepared siron at home and sold it in the market, was making plain ayran. Of course, when it comes to iftar, people want a little more intense flavor. For this reason, you can easily prepare it with chicken that you can boil at home or with ground beef that you will roast.

Let's say you can't find it, wrap the dough, slice and oil it and fry it in the oven. Then wet it with broth and serve.

Ingredients for Minced Siron Recipe

  • 1 package ready-baked siron
  • 4 cups of broth
  • salt

For the Minced Meat:

  • 250 gr mince
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • half a glass of water
  • salt
  • black pepper

For service:

  • garlic yogurt

How to Make Minced Siron Recipe?

  1. Arrange the sirons side by side in a pyrex or container that can go into the oven.
  2. For the minced meat, fry the chopped onion with 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium saucepan until golden brown.
  3. Add the minced meat to the fried onions and fry until the water is released.
  4. Add the tomato paste to the pot and continue frying. Add water, salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until the water evaporates and remove from the heat.
  5. Add the hot broth to the sirons you have placed in a bowl with a ladle. When it starts to absorb water, take it to the oven that you preheated to 180 degrees and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Spread the garlic yogurt on top of the sirons that come out of the oven with the help of a spoon.
  7. Pour the minced meat on top and serve with a little parsley if desired.
