Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts with Minced Rice

  • 400 g brussels sprouts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large cloves of garlic
  • 150 gr mince
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce or 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon of rice
  • 2 small carrot
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil 
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1,5 water glass of water

How to Make Brussels Sprouts with Minced Rice Recipe?

1. Remove the root parts of the Brussels sprouts with a sharp knife and the first row of leaves. Rinse with plenty of water and let it drain.

2. Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic, peel and slice the carrots.

3. Take the olive oil in the pot and add the onions and garlic. When it turns slightly pink, add the minced meat and fry it.

4. Add tomato sauce and rice and mix.

5. Add the brussels sprouts, salt, water and carrots that you have cleaned and close the lid of the pot.

6. Cook over medium heat until the cabbage is soft. Serve hot.

    I've tried many types of Brussels sprouts, but this is the first time I've tried the like-to-eat version. It was delicious, thanks for the recipe.

    400-500 g brussels sprouts
    1-2 tablespoons of honey
    A handful of walnuts
    salt, pepper
    1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
    Butter or z.yag (tastier with butter)
    The oven is heated to 200 degrees
    Sort the cabbages, cut them in half and wash them. Put it in the oven cabinet. Put butter particles or drizzle olive oil. Honey and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts. Salt and pepper are mixed. Bake for 25 minutes. After 10-15 minutes it is a mix.
