Hello friends, I've been getting so many questions about my bread machine lately that I found it appropriate to write a short but descriptive article for you.

Let's answer the questions of what are the brand and features of my bread machine, am I satisfied, or which brand machine should I buy, what features should I pay attention to in the machine I will buy.

I use Tefal 3001 Bread Maker, my machine is 750 gr. and 1000 gr. (I usually use the 2 gr. option since we have 2 people at home and we consume less bread).

I can easily make cakes, compotes, jams, leavened and unleavened doughs, apart from making bread, the inner surface of which is covered with stainless steel.

When you decide to buy a machine, the first thing you should pay attention to is to look at the service network and awareness, as in every electronic product.

As for the others, it is very important that the chamber is wide, easy to clean and can fulfill the functions I have mentioned above.

Finally, I am very satisfied with my machine and I recommend it to you with peace of mind. Love…

Photo 7 Sprinkle the flour on the counter and knead the dough a little with flour. Divide the kneaded dough into 6 meringues. Roll the meringues and rest them by covering them with a slightly damp cloth.

Photo 8-9 With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough lengthwise and spread the creamy mortar in the middle of the dough.

Photo 10 Fold the dough on the left and right sides with 2 strands on the mortar, bend the 2 ends and apply the egg yolks with the help of a brush. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.

I make this recipe often and everyone enjoys it, thank you. I have only one question, how would it be if I made it not as a pita but as a pastry with the same dough and filling, because the dough is so delicious. I want to try it as a pastry today, but I didn't dare, so I thought I'd ask you a question :)

Hello, I also make pita bread with a simple dough like this: 3-3.5 cups of sifted flour, 1 tea glass of oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, a little more than 1 teaspoon of sugar, instant yeast, 1 egg white, 1 glass of warm water... When you let it rest for 1 hour, it becomes just like bread dough. I make pizza, pita, lahmacun and all its derivatives with this dough.

I made it with two packages of 7 gram instant dry yeast for a package of fresh yeast. I haven't put it in the oven yet, but I didn't have any trouble preparing it, except for a little extra flour, the recipe is perfect, thank you :)

Ms. Nilay, I like your recipes very much, but I prepared pita dough by hand using the materials you provided, it didn't work. I wonder if yeast or baking powder is missing from your pita dough materials, or did you leave the part to add it to us?

Hello, Felicity, you need to subtract 10% from all material amounts in order to do it equally. I don't think you'll have a problem if you're going to do it with a scale. Take it easy.

I bought a bread machine when it became popular years ago and I decided to make bread. But now I am so happy with my Tefal 3001 bread machine. Extremely high quality and safe cooking pot is not one of those that spoils in two days. It's Japanese after all. Although crafting is used in gin, Tefal is made under the supervision of Japanese experts. According to the Tefal Teflon specialist, the cooking pot and body are top-to-bottom quality.

I congratulate you for this great information and your site.
    With love and friendship

my dear nilay, I love pita with mince, I could not be successful in kneading the dough, I miss the flour when I say that the dough does not stick to my hand, from now on I will leave it in the bread maker and make the brioche buns I want, thank you, I also want to make a cake. What do you think, my dear, is it beautiful?

I am pleased that you recommend the bread maker. Sinbo is very popular these days, but I have not been satisfied with any of the products of Sinbo until today. That's why I was hesitant. I made my decision. Thanks
