Hilal Hanım did not miss her biceps time and made a festive chard wrap for us. Health to your hands! I definitely recommend you to try this delicious recipe…

biceps wrap

Materials:

1 bunch of chard
125 gr. low-fat ground beef
2 medium onion
1 teaspoon of rice
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of pure olive oil
Salt
Black pepper

Fabrication:

Chard are removed from their hard stems (but not discarded) and soaked in hot water until their leaves turn dark green. Or less boiled.
The minced meat is taken in a bowl and the onion is chopped into edibles. Add the tomato paste, washed rice, small chopped garlic, 3 tablespoons of oil, salt, and black pepper. Extracted chard stalks are placed at the bottom of the pot. It is lined up on our wrapped biceps. After the wrapping process is finished, the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil is poured over it. And it is cooked by adding enough water. Especially served with yogurt

Enjoy your meal…

Dear Kitchen Secrets, I suggest you put cinnamon in your mortar. It also tastes very good if you sprinkle it on top of it before you put it on the fire for the last time. A small detail left to me from my Cretan family. with my love.
