I don't feel sluggish these days, I guess because of spring fatigue. I've been very fond of Garfield. If I could, I would sit on the TV seat and be in my pajamas, slippers on my feet, and eat only lasagna with sleepy eyes :) Occasionally, when I open my eyes and lift my head from watching TV, I will cook and take pictures.

Of course, these are sweet dreams :) When a person is fast like me, he can only dream. Otherwise, even if I am sick, lying down for 2-3 hours overwhelms me. Producing, sharing, getting tired and being happy as a result of being able to produce something reflect my whole view of life :)

Meat Lasagna

I think this has been my second lasagna for about 3,5 years since the day I got married, I made the first one with vegetables. I don't have the recipe for my first attempt because I didn't keep a blog at the time, but I will apply the same recipe again in the near future.

There is 1 eggplant in my lasagna, except for the ground beef. Since I don't like the taste of minced meat sauce, I color it by adding carrots or vegetables with different flavors.

Pasta with minced meat in the oven tastes like a pie even a little bit. In the recipe, I used lasagna, which can be used without the need for boiling. You can find it in the pasta section of all major grocery stores.

How to Make Meat Lasagna Recipe?

  1. Finely chop the onions, eggplants, tomatoes and garlic.
  2. Take oil in a large skillet or saucepan. Add ground beef and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, when the onions turn pink, add the tomato paste and mix well.
  4. Add the cubed aubergines and tomatoes, salt and sauté for 7-8 more minutes on medium heat (if you wish, you can add 1 glass of water to it).
  5. When the minced meat sauce is cooked, take it off the stove and let it cool.

For the bechamel sauce:

  1. Put the butter and flour in a saucepan and fry over medium heat until the flour changes color (it will smell good when done).
  2. While adding the milk little by little, mix it by whisking (you can use a blender if there is lumps)
  3. When it reaches the consistency of custard, remove it from the stove.

Lasagna:

  1. Grease a heatproof baking dish and line 1 row of lasagna.
  2. Spread some béchamel sauce over the lasagna.
  3. Spread the minced meat on the bechamel sauce. Put the lasagna on it again.
  4. Continue this process until all the sauce and lasagna are finished.
  5. Finally, pour the bechamel sauce on the top lasagna again and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Let sit for 10 minutes so that the lasagna is soft.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Slice and serve when completely browned.

For those whose dough is hard, we can revise the recipe as follows: Do not put the cheddar on the top right away. Cover the bowl with alu foil before placing it in the oven. After cooking, remove the foil and sprinkle with the cheddar, then put it in the oven again until golden brown. In this way, there is no way that the dough will not be cooked. Also, making the mince sauce and béchamel sauce a little watery will also help soften it. Another thing I tried is that it is much better to serve it after waiting 20-25 minutes after it comes out of the oven, both for its cut, consistency and taste.

Thank you very much, I missed Garfield, I couldn't do it, I did it, it was crispy, he started to make lasagna thanks to this garfield. Turks started to make lasagna, I think everyone likes him. Turkish people, you can make cartoons with our local dishes, and Turkey will expand.

Of course, lasagna is the perfect main course. I had served lasagna as a main dish to my guest before, even at the request of my guest and it was superb. Lettuce salad and pickles go very well with it, you can serve a drink with cola or ayran.

Well, I'm going to make lasagna for the first time. Can I cook lasagna by boiling it?
I will be glad if you answer my question.
Wouldn't it be dry if made directly from boiling?

Hello, Jale, it is written on the package that you buy it by boiling it or it cannot be boiled, you must follow the instructions on the package. The lasagna I bought was not boiled. If you're worried though, you can make your sauce more watery. Love…

I cook it by boiling it, it is very good, but it is a little difficult to boil and take them out of the pot. That's why I decided to make it without boiling this time. It saves time. It's a really great dish. I cook it all the time.

10 min. Let the lasagna sit for at least half an hour. I did it yesterday. It only softened in 45 minutes. Of course, I used the whole package and doubled the ingredients.

Although it seems like a very clear recipe, both the dimensions and the cooking time were insufficient. Maybe my use of Pastavilla brand lasagna may have been effective in this.

Lasagna is great. But I have a suggestion, if you put bechamel sauce on the baking tray before placing the lasagna on it, there is a better result, otherwise the bottom part does not soften and stays dry.

I will make lasagna for the first time. All the questions in my mind are included in the comments, so I will only congratulate you without asking any questions.
I think it will be easier to do because you use a very simple explanation. I will do it as soon as I get home in the evening. I'm sure it will be good. Thank you.

good luck to you. It's a very easy-to-explain recipe. I think it will be better if the scale of flour in bechamel sauce is a little less. With these 4 measures of flour, the sauce becomes dark. I think 2 measures of flour is enough. It's cooking in the oven right now, we're looking forward to a new flavor. thanks

You can make basamel sauce a little more watery. If you make it with a measure such as 2 tablespoons of butter on 2 flour scales, your lasagna will look more fused and should be made with cold milk to prevent lumps.
