Ground Beef Pie with Minced Meat
Hello Dear Friends,
People often have a hard time making pita at home. It is often rigid and difficult to hold. Minced Meat Pie is as delicious as pita and puffy puff :)
It can be consumed with pleasure not only at tea times, but at every meal of the day.
The tricks of dough fermentation that I shared before You can find it here.
However, let me give you a brief summary. It is important that the ingredients you use while fermenting the dough are at room temperature. The other important thing is to knead the yeast dough well. We call this starting the yeast, when you knead the dough for a while, the yeast does its job much better.
Of course, the other important point is to leave it on the tray for a while to ferment before putting it in the oven after shaping. In this way, the beautiful shapes you have prepared will not deteriorate and you will get them from the oven in the closest form to the shape you gave to the oven.
