Hello Dear Friends,

It's been 7 days when we said we're starting. Time passes so quickly that people are surprised. My Instagram activity, which I mentioned to you before, has also started. You can participate by sharing your sweet and salty iftar recipes that you prepared using Pakmaya products with the hashtag #pakmayaileiftar. to the details You can find it here.

muffin in muffin tray

There are many flavors such as cinnamon, allspice, turmeric and mahaleb in the Caucasian donut mortar. Although it is usually used as a dough for sweet buns, I also like to use these flavors in savory buns.

That's why I decided to make a ground beef bun portion. The result was great.

After fermenting the dough, you can portion it and shape it as you wish. I used a muffin tray, but you can also shape it by hand or use different cups.

Love…

How to Make Meat Bun Pie Recipe?

  1. Sift the flour into a deep mixing bowl, add the mortar and mix well. Add sugar, milk, oil, salt and egg white.
  2. Start kneading by adding water little by little. Knead for about 10 minutes until you get a smooth and slightly sticky dough.
  3. Then cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour.
  4. While the dough is fermenting, add a little salt to the chopped onion for its filling and fry it with butter. Add the peanuts and fry until lightly browned.
  5. Add the minced meat, grapes, salt and pepper, knead until the minced meat releases its juice and remove from the stove.
  6. Knead the dough lightly, break off tangerine-sized pieces. Grease the muffin tray and shape the dough pieces by pressing them into the molds.
  7. Divide the minced meat into the dough that you have opened in the middle.
  8. To cover the filled buns, break off walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them out with a rolling pin and cover them on top of the dough.
  9. Make a hole in the lids with the bowl so that they can breathe and apply egg yolk.
  10. Bake in 180 preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  11. When the baked buns are completely cooled, remove them from the mold and serve.
