Minced Peas Meal
Hello Dear Friends,
A recipe that I haven't cooked for a long time, so I can't share it with you, is mince peas. As a matter of fact, I don't like minced meat in vegetable dishes for as long as I know myself, because we are just in time and because of the month of Ramadan, I said come on, let's make it with minced meat. It brings out a delicious menu with rice and tzatziki next to it :)
Yasemin sister, who comes to me for the ironing, told me a super trick about mince peas. He said that these peas look very good fresh like this, but when cooked, they will turn a little sassy. (Sasi = Tasteless) Dry thyme suits this dish very well, and cook it like this.
Indeed, I followed his advice and added some dried thyme to the peas and ate our fingers together with the peas for iftar :)
If you prepare this recipe rice ve dry tzatziki Don't forget to do it too.
Love…
