Ingredients for Kiwi Jam Recipe

  • 4 kiwis (250 gr)
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar (160 g)
  • Juice of 1 lemon

How to Make Kiwi Jam Recipe?

  1. Peel the kiwis and cut them in half lengthwise and then into quarters. Divide each slice into 2-3 pieces.
  2. Put the kiwis in a saucepan, add sugar and lemon juice on top and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring.
  3. When it boils, reduce the heat and cook until it thickens (approximately 30 minutes).
  4. For consistency, drip jam on a cold glass plate, if it doesn't flow like water, it stays like a ball and flows slowly, it's okay.
  5. Transfer the jam to the jar while it is hot and cool it by closing the lid. Store or serve.
