Hello Dear Friends,

We continue to prepare delicious recipes with winter vegetables! This time I mixed celery and cauliflower and flavored it with carrots. The result was a sweet mucver as if a little sugar had been added to it :)

I can say that it is an ambitious recipe that will change the habits of those who cannot feed celery to spouses, children or even themselves. The reason for this is that you definitely do not get that dominant taste of neither cauliflower nor celery. They make such a beautiful whole that it is not even understood that winter vegetables are mixed in them.

This time, I thought it would be more accurate to give the measurements as 1-2 cups instead of 1-2 pieces so that you can follow the mucver recipe more easily. There is a certain size of celery, carrot and cauliflower. As such, the amount of egg or flour may be confused and many people cannot make the pudding.

Ms. Nilay, when my guest comes, I do not create a menu without entering your site, you are great, thank you.
I also want to bake it in the oven, I hope it will be as delicious as frying. This recipe consists of very healthy ingredients.

I love mashed potatoes, but is it possible to make it in the oven instead of frying it in a pan? Or how to revise the recipe. Thanks…

It can be done, but it is necessary to use greaseproof paper for the baking tray, and it should also be well oiled. It can still be difficult to translate. Yours sincerely
