Red Beet Salad
I am incredibly fond of garlic appetizers and salads.
The last of my beetroot recipes is red beetroot salad, and this wonderful recipe, also called pink salad, goes well with every meal.
It can be applied simply on the last day of the week, on Friday evening, when our tiredness peaks.

Ingredients for Red Beet Salad Recipe
- 2 medium red beetroot
- 6 tablespoons of Yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
How to Make Red Beet Salad Recipe?
- Boil the beets with their skins until soft and peel them. (It is much more practical to peel the boiled beets)
- Crush the garlic in a pestle.
- Grate the peeled beets with the coarse side of the grater.
- Take the grated beets in a large mixing bowl.
- Add yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic and salt and mix well.
- Serve garnished with mint leaves and beetroot pieces.
I grated it without boiling it, I cooked it by adding a little oil and water, it was very good with garlic and yogurt.
I made it without boiling it..it was better and the vitamin remained as it was…worth a try!!!!
