Cabbage Salad with Yogurt

 

Ingredients for Red Cabbage Salad Recipe

  • Half a red (purple) cabbage
  • 1 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 glasses of yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • parsley for garnish

How to Make Red Cabbage Salad Recipe?

  1. Peel the outer 1-2 skins of your cabbage. Divide the remaining cabbage core into 2 parts transversely.
  2. Grate it according to your wish or chop it finely with the help of a knife and put it in a deep mixing bowl.
  3. Add vinegar, lemon and salt to the chopped cabbage and rub until the cabbage is soft.
  4. Grate the garlic with the fine side of the grater. Add yoghurt and garlic to your mixing bowl and mix it well with the cabbages.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with parsley and serve.

    My guests came to the iftar, I tried it for the first time, but I made it with strained yoghurt, everyone liked it very much.. It is an appetizer that appeals to both the palate and the eyes.
