Ingredients for Chicken Wrap Recipe with Red Pepper and Stuffed Rice

2 chicken breasts _Thinned
2 red peppers
1 tablespoons of oil
1 garlic clove

For Rice:

1 tea glass of rice
2 tablespoons of oil
1 small onion
1 teaspoons of currants
1 teaspoon of peanuts
Mint, salt, pepper

Fabrication:

Boil the red peppers for 20 minutes. After the boiling process is finished, put them in a bowl filled with cold water and wait for a while, the skins will be peeled more easily this way. Spread the peeled red peppers on a large plate to cover 2 chickens.

Prepare the pilaf. For this, fry the finely chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the pine nuts and cook for 2-3 minutes. Fry more. Add 1 tea glass of washed and drained rice, fry for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the currants, mint, salt and pepper. Lastly, add 2 tea glasses of hot water and cook the rice so that it stays a little fresh and remove it from the stove.

Mince 1 garlic clove very finely. Fry it very slightly in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Spread the peeled red pepper on a large plate. Spread the garlic oil in it. Spread the thinned chicken breast on it. Wrap the chicken in the form of a roll.

Take the rolls on a baking tray to which you have added 1 tea glass of hot water. Cover them with aluminum foil or use a covered baking tray like me. Bake at 175 degrees for 30-40 minutes. cook it.

Serve garnished with parsley or dill.
