Ingredients for Quinoa Salad Recipe
- 1 teaspoon of quinoa
- 1,5 water glass of water
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium cucumbers
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes
- 2-3 mini radishes
- 7-8 leaves of basil
- 8 sprigs of parsley
- 8 leaves curly
- 1-2 sprigs of scallions
- 6-7 sprigs of dill
For the sauce:
- Olive oil
- Pomegranate Syrup
- Lemon juice
- Salt
For decoration:
- Cherry tomato
- Sliced Black Olives
- Olive paste
- labneh cheese
How to Make Quinoa Salad Recipe?
- Take the quinoa in a small saucepan. Add water until it is 2 inches above it and leave it in water for 30 minutes.
- Add 1,5 cups of water to the quinoa that you filtered first, and close the lid of the pot. Cook over medium heat until soft and bursting (15 minutes).
- If there is excess water left in the cooked quinoa, drain it and let it rest to cool.
- While the quinoa is cooling, wash the greens, tear them by hand or chop finely.
- Finely chop the cucumber, carrot and radishes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2-4 parts.
- Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
- Add the cooled quinoa. Drizzle the salad dressing you whipped in a bowl.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 parts for decoration. Make a small cut to form wings. Stick the olive slice with a piece of labneh cheese. Make dots with olive paste.
- Decorate the salad with the cute ladybugs you prepared and serve.
