How to Make Quinoa Salad Recipe?

  1. Take the quinoa in a small saucepan. Add water until it is 2 inches above it and leave it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Add 1,5 cups of water to the quinoa that you filtered first, and close the lid of the pot. Cook over medium heat until soft and bursting (15 minutes).
  3. If there is excess water left in the cooked quinoa, drain it and let it rest to cool.
  4. While the quinoa is cooling, wash the greens, tear them by hand or chop finely.
  5. Finely chop the cucumber, carrot and radishes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2-4 parts.
  6. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
  7. Add the cooled quinoa. Drizzle the salad dressing you whipped in a bowl.
  8. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 parts for decoration. Make a small cut to form wings. Stick the olive slice with a piece of labneh cheese. Make dots with olive paste.
