Hello Dear Friends,

My excitement and running continues at full speed, frankly, I did not find the opportunity to stretch my legs. On top of that, it's also my birthday tomorrow :) I couldn't even understand how the time passed, how the year turned and it's my birthday. It's been a long time since I made something with semolina in the past days, I noticed it and thought I'd make 1-2 simple recipes with my new favorite.

No winter is as good as what I ate this year Chestnut I don't remember what I ate :) We either boiled it or roasted it, but we ate a lot. These 5 lira cosmetics also contribute greatly to this, because I don't like chestnuts cooked in a pan or in the oven. These roasting pans are both inexpensive and very functional.

Ingredients for Chestnut Semolina Dessert Recipe

  • 4 water glass milk
  • 10 tablespoons of semolina (1 fingers missing from 2 glass of water)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1-2 drops of vanilla flavoring (optional)
  • 1 cup chestnuts (boiled and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 spoonful butter

How to Make Chestnut Semolina Dessert Recipe?

  1. Put the semolina, granulated sugar and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until it boils.
  2. Add the chestnuts and continue to cook, stirring, until the semolina thickens.
  3. Add butter and vanilla flavor to the semolina, mix it and remove it from the stove.
  4. Wet 5-6 bowls. Divide the dessert into bowls and leave to cool.
  5. Take the sweets that come to room temperature in the refrigerator. After resting for at least 1 hour, turn it upside down on a serving plate and serve with garnish.
