Good morning dear friends,

After a nice and eventful weekend, I woke up around 6:00 this morning. I don't know what caused it, but despite sleeping less, I started to wake up incredibly rested. I honestly have no complaints about it :)

Celery recipesActually, it's been over a week since I added a new one. This recipe made us love celery even more. I had mashed celery before and served it as a side dish. This time I prepared it as a gratin, but without dealing with very fine details. At least I didn't have to finely chop any of the vegetables :) I chopped them into big cubes and added the additional ingredients and then mashed them to keep them in large pieces.

By the way, if you want to add extra flavor to your gratin, you can boil the vegetables in milk instead of water.

I tried it, it was great. If you are a celery lover like me, the celery flavor is not too dominant. The amount may be increased. Even my husband and son ate with the crispy chicken. Thanks for the description.

Well done, but the food you make is not gratin, it's ogratten if it was made with meat or chicken and roasted, the gratin would be howling. I went to a cooking class 50 years ago and it's the dishes I cook all the time. You're new to these dishes.
